Linking your Kroger Plus Card to The Statesmen Chorus is a painless way that you can provide a financial benefit of a percentage of your purchases at Kroger stores to the Statesmen Chorus. To participate in this program, follow the following instructions:

NOTE: The Statesmen Chorus Non-Profit Identification number is 80241.  Please refer to this number in all future correspondence.

TO USE THE KROGER COMMUNITY REWARDS PROGRAM STARTING AUGUST 1, 2014:

• Register online at www.krogercommunityrewards.com
• You must have a registered Kroger Plus card account to link to our organization.
• If you do not have a Kroger Plus Card, they are available at the customer service desk at any Kroger.
• If you are new online customers, you must click on SIGN UP TODAY in the ‘New Customer?’ box.
• You can sign up for a Kroger Community Rewards Account by entering their zip code, clicking on favorite store, enter their email address, create a password, and agree to the terms and conditions.
• You will get a message to check their email inbox and click on the link within the body of the email.
• You will click on My Account and use their email address and password to proceed to the next step.
• You will click on Edit Kroger Community Rewards information and input their Kroger Plus card number.
• You will update or confirm their information.
• You will enter your NPO number [80241] or name of organization, [BARBERSHOP HARMONY SOCIETY (N006 SPRING CHAPTER) ].
• To verify that you are enrolled correctly, they will see your organizations name on the right side of their information page.
• REMEMBER, your purchases will not count for the Statesmen until after you register your card(s).
• Do you use your phone number at the register? Call 800-576-4377, select option 4 to get your Plus Card number.
• You must swipe your registered Kroger Plus Card or use their Alt ID [YOUR PHONE NUMBER] when shopping for each purchase to count.
